It’s important to us that you have complete peace of mind when buying any equipment from Snowboard-Clearance.com. So we tried to think of any questions that you may have and hopefully the answers to those questions.

So here goes:

Who is Snowboard-Clearance.com?

We are a business run by some of the UK’s most experienced ski, snowboard and outdoor industry people; we have a solid financial base, which allows you to buy with total confidence.

Where does your stock come from?

All products on Snowboard-Clearance.com are sourced from UK suppliers; we don’t buy anything from grey market sources. By only sourcing products from the UK we offer full manufacturers warranty on all the products that we sell.

Why are your prices less than in the high street.

By having greater buying power and lower overheads than high street stores allows us to pass on savings to our customers. Also we specialise in buying end of line products and manufacturer clearance, which again allows us to negotiate a better price.

Can I return products that I am not satisfied with?

The simple answer is yes, as with all mail order companies we offer a 14-day return policy. The goods need to be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging along with any receipts and a returns confirmation number obtained by contacting us on info@snowboard-clearance.com giving details of the product and the reason for return.

Please note if goods are sent out in exchange a further carriage charge will apply.

Is it possible to get help choosing the right products?

Absolutely, we are run by people with many years experience of skiing and snowboarding including some of the UK’s most high profile skiiers and riders. Just drop any questions that you have to info@snowboard-clearance.com and if it’s during business hours you should get a reply by return.

What happens if my goods are faulty or break during use?

As we said all products carry manufacturers warranty. If the items are faulty your standard warranty terms and conditions apply. Contact us with the details of the fault and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and sent back to the manufacturer for warranty assessment. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

How do you ship your goods?

We will try our hardest to send your order out the same day as long as we receive it before 3.00pm, however during busy periods there may be a slight delay but we will endeavour to get them in your hands within 48 hours. Please ensure you give us a delivery address where somebody can sign for the delivery during business hours.
